Hormones are an essential part of a healthy woman’s life but problems can arise when hormones trigger painful and debilitating migraine attacks.

Over 50% of women with migraine have some type of hormonally-related migraine condition.

Hormonally-related migraine attacks have been shown to be more severe, longer-lasting and even more resistant to some treatments.

Over the next two weeks we’ll be sharing several tips, treatments and strategies proven to help control hormonal and menstrually related migraine attacks, remember to  keep an eye out!

Questions we’ll answer include:

  • How do you know if you have hormonal migraine attacks?

  • What are the most common types of hormonal migraine?

  • Will my hormonal migraine attacks end with menopause?

  • Can hormonal migraine attacks be successfully prevented today?

These questions were recently answered by a world-leading migraine and hormonal specialist Dr. Susan Hutchinson at the Migraine World Summit. We’ll be sharing her responses to some of the most important questions that everyone with hormonal migraine needs to know.
