Description/Explanation of Work

The works were drawn while having a migraine or shortly after. (except for the one about meeting the neurologist that actually knows nothing about Migraine but pretend to understand… and there is one about the precious moments without pain)

What inspired you to create this?

Pain, frustration, despair, trying to relieve the pain or distract myself from it. Drawings really help me deal with my migraines, especially when I visualise them. It also helps explaining and sharing the drawings with my family and friends. Most importantly, it helps me bring humour into the pain.

Do you love to draw or write? When you take the step to share, it not only heals you in the process but heals others too! We want to help you share your works with the Migraine Buddy community! We are collating any artistic expressions in any forms done on migraines (e.g. poems, stories, videos, drawings, etc.) Share your works today! >>> http://bit.ly/ExpressYouMB
