Express Your Migraines (Vol.1 – Hannah Zerphey)

There is always hope in pain.

I painted this while I was suffering from a terrible migraine attack at a yoga retreat. I painted the colourful pain of my migraine and then the word “hope” suddenly came to my mind. By chance, I would that it fit in the middle of my suffering and pain.

If there is one thing I would like to share with the Migraine Buddy community, is that there is always hope.

Do you love to draw or write? When you take the step to share, it not only heals you in the process but heals others in the end too. We want to help you share your works with the Migraine Buddy community! We are collating any artistic expressions in any forms done on migraines. (e.g poems, stories, videos, drawings, etc.)

Simply help fill up this form down below if you’d like to share >> http://bit.ly/ExpressYouMB
